>> Vinification

The grapes are skewed and crushed before passing to the maceration-fermentation tanks. The maceration of the pastas is extended throughout the period of fermentation, by means of oxidative recovery operations 3-4 times per day, daily feeds and various properties to obtain the desired chromatic, gustative and aromatic characteristics.

>> Aging

Selection of the best aging wines from the 2014-2016 harvest.

The aging is done in 225 litres oak barrels of French origin.

Aging time for 25 months.

 Tasting note

Very intense cherry red in color and with aubergine-iodine border, it has a powerful and thick tear, slowly falling down the glass and slightly stained, indicative of its structure.

Aromas with power and elegance, marked by toast and derived from long aging in barrels (smoked, toasted, spicy), on a background of very ripe black fruits (caramelized cherry and blackberry), notes of moist forest and earthy.

Structured and fleshy mouthfeel, with good acidity that compensates for the high graduation, tannins present and silky that predict a long evolution in the bottle and a long aftertaste with a balsamic memory (licorice, sweet pepper).
