100% Grenache Noir

>> Vinification

The grapes are peeled and crushed and the pasta is moderately macerated for 2 hours in a pneumatic press and then the flower must is bled, statically decanted at a temperature of 13 deC and alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC for 15 days.

>> Aging

Aging is carried out in oak barrels of French, Hungarian and American origin.

Aging time for 10 months.
 

 Tasting note

Strawberry-petal color of pale pink, blue-throat edging, transparent thin tear, bright and light in cup.

Primary aromas of varietal character and secondary fermentative, with fruity presence of fresh red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry) with a background of vegetable and balsamic tones (fennel, menthol).

Fresh and powerful on the palate, fruity (sour strawberry, green apple, caramel) and vegetable touch (chopped green grass), refreshing and creamy, medium-long aftertaste and sweet and slightly spicy aftertaste.
